What are SitRelief Shorts made of?
A blend of polyester for breathability and Spandex for stretch. The foam pads are medically designed to bring you clinically tested sitting comfort.
Can I buy the shorts without the pads, or can I order pads without buying the briefs?
We only sell our shorts with the pads.
How do I pay?
Online, LipoWear will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through PayPal. PayPal offers secure SSL Certified Technology and your credit card information does not come to us.

What if I need to cancel my order?
We can cancel your order if we receive your request prior to it being shipped. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but it can be returned to us. You will be responsible for shipping charges. To cancel an order, please call 714-323-2116 and speak to a Customer Service Representative.
Where do you ship?
LipoWear ships anywhere in the world with United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
US & CAN, 5-6 business days
International shipping, 7-10 business days
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products.
Select your best fit from the six custom sizes in the waist range chart for men and the slack size chart for women during checkout. Keep in mind the shorts are designed for maximum comfort and stretch to fit easily without being a compression garment. If you have any question about your size, order the smaller size.
